The implementation phase of just one month impressively demonstrates the flexibility and scalability of INKAS. In further optimizing its global business processes, Emerson is particularly focusing on these positive attributes of INKAS.

With the use of the INKAS cockpit, Emerson is now able to independently create and manage configurators. This enables a faster response time to customer requirements and improved efficiency in product development — a clear advantage in a global market.

Two valve configurators will be put into operation by the end of October. Emerson’s international editorial team is based in Sweden, India and the Philippines.
