For sequence-accurate production, a continuous data flow is necessary to ensure constant access to inventory and to carry out delivery processes. If the network connection completely fails, the SAP data is no longer accessible, and customer orders cannot be delivered Just-in-Time!
To address this emergency, the JIT/JIS AddOn was developed. It ensures Just-in-Time and Just-in-Sequence delivery to customers, as it always runs automatically in parallel with the SAP system.
The AddOn is based on it-motive’s proprietary IMAP software, a web-based client-server solution. This standard platform is already successfully in use by several it-motive AG customers.
